Artificial Turf
Artificial turf, also known as synthetic turf, is a surface made of plastic fibers and other materials, designed to mimic the look and feel of natural grass. Artificial turf offers a practical and versatile solution for various applications, providing a consistent and low-maintenance surface. Designed with various pile heights (50 mm,30mm,15mm & 10mm). It provides the perfect combination of durability, comfort, and playability, making it a preferred choice for schools, colleges, sports clubs, and commercial sports facilities. Its ability to replicate the look and feel of natural grass while offering superior resilience has made it the standard for both professional and recreational football and futsal grounds.
Under this category, we offers a versatile range of product options to suit diverse requirements. Customers can choose from different backings such as Latex or PU, a variety of DTEX values (12000, 16000, 20000) for yarn thickness, and finishes that include dual-tone or bi-color for a more natural appearance. For yarn technology, both standard and premium Tencate yarn options are available, ensuring flexibility in terms of budget, performance, and longevity.
FIFA-approved, a hallmark of global quality and reliability. This certification assures that the turf meets international performance standards, offering consistent ball bounce, shock absorption, and player safety. With its proven track record, our Turf not only enhances the playing experience but also provides a low-maintenance, long-lasting solution for modern sports infrastructure.
Methodology
1. Roll layout: : Off‑load rolls, position around pitch as per layout plan, and unroll across or along the field maintaining consistent pile direction..
2. Seaming: Trim factory edges, place seam tape, apply approved polyurethane adhesive and close seams under pressure to achieve tight, flat joints; good practice is to work in dry weather only.
3. Line markings: Either install tufted‑in lines from the system supplier or cut out green panels and inlay white (and other colour) line pieces, glued with seam tape to exact football dimensions.
4. Perimeter fixing: Anchor turf at concrete edge kerb or channel using adhesive and/or mechanical fixings, maintaining tension to avoid future wrinkles
5. Sand and rubber infill: : Spread silica sand (support layer) and performance infill (SBR/EPDM/TPE or organic) in multiple thin lifts using spreaders and brushing machines until target depths and weights are reached uniformly.
6. Brushing and grooming: Brush against pile to stand fibres up and to work infill into the system, checking for level and avoiding over‑filling.
